Technology partner research becomes complex when a project needs to separate formal accreditations from general technology mentions, normalize vendor names and capture the source behind the result.

Start with the sector gate

Not every company that sells, installs or maintains technology should automatically be treated as an IT services business. Define the sector scope before extraction.

Separate accreditation from other partners

If a project has an approved accreditation list, map those vendors to the accreditation fields and keep other relationships separate.

Normalize vendor names

Sites may use abbreviations, legacy names, product brands or parent-company names. A master mapping keeps a large dataset consistent.

Research beyond one page

Partner relationships can appear on partnership pages, solution pages, certifications, PDFs or image assets. A good workflow checks the relevant on-site evidence.

Keep the output explainable

For reviewable work, retain vendor name, accreditation level where applicable, other partner names, source URL and project-defined remarks.

Do not infer accreditation from a generic logo wall. Apply the evidence and normalization rules defined by the project.
